On-site Staff
The Association has always employed an on-site management team comprised of full-time and seasonal maintenance workers. The administration believes these resources allow for greater flexibility and responsiveness  to everyday maintenance requests and service needs.
 
The skilled maintenance workers have a variety of disciplines such as, but are not limited to, carpentry, painting, masonry, mechanical repairs, handyman repairs, lawn, tree, pond care, and general landscaping.
 
The office staff works with the Managing Agent to develop both short and long-range plans, which the annual budget manifests. At the Annual Meeting of the Association, held each year in June, homeowners vote both for members of the various boards and to approve the budget for the fiscal year ahead.
