The Lyon Farm Residents Association (LFRA) owns and operates the recreational facilities shared jointly by members of West Lyon Farm and East Lyon Farm. These include:
- West and East barn-style rental spaces
- West and East heated swimming pools
- Two outdoor gas grills
- Two tennis courts, pickleball
- A small playground area
- An artificial turf putting green
- Indoor sauna
LFRA also organizes multiple social events annually. LFRA members are required to pay modest dues on a quarterly basis.
