The Lyon Farm Residents Association (LFRA) owns and operates the recreational facilities shared jointly by members of West Lyon Farm and East Lyon Farm. These include:
- West and East heated swimming pools
- Two tennis courts & pickleball courts
- Small playground area
- Sauna
- Barn-style rental event space
- Two rentable outdoor gas grills
LFRA also organizes multiple social events annually. LFRA members are required to pay modest dues on a quarterly basis.
